Rabiul Islam — a multi-faceted creative personality — is a musician, journalist, author, and one of the pioneers in prevention and care of drug addicts in Northeast India, working in this sector since 1995.

He lives in Guwahati with his wife Mosfica and has two sons Raunaq and Adam and a daughter Raisha. His decades of experience and wisdom continue to guide Navachetana Karunamay's mission forward.
